Personality Assessment Tools – Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
A variety of sessions offered by a certified practitioner using the MBTI personality inventory. This tool identifies basic preferences and describes the 16 distinctive personality types that result from the interactions among those preferences. The understanding of these preferences and personality types allow individuals to better understand themselves and also to understand and appreciate the behaviors of those around them.
Level I: 6-hour session – must be completed prior to any level II sessions, can be attended independently or with a work team
Level II: 3-4-hour sessions – follow up to Intro to Type, must be attended with work team
